How long does the build process take?

It depends! But, it is good to allow for 6-10 months minimally. Modular is slightly quicker.

What is the finance process?

This varies with different lenders.  We work with several amazing lenders in the NRV, reach out and we can help you find the best one for your individual circumstance.

I have my own floor plan design, is that ok?

Absolutely! We'll meet with you to go over your plan and make your dream home a reality!

Do you have homes for sale that are already built?

We typically do have homes either "under construction" or in the "pre-construction" phase that could be move in ready much quicker.  Reach out to find out what we have available today!

What if I need to sell my current home? Or need help finding land?

No worries at all! We have a realtor on our team, who will be happy to help you every step of the way.
